Dutch Tech Campus is home to national and international smart technology businesses working at the interface of Communication, Mobility and e-Healthcare. Renowned technology companies such as Siemens, Reconext and WS Audiology are based at Dutch Tech Campus. They all have the same goal: to make people’s lives safer, healthier and more comfortable.
Dutch Tech Campus is part of the Dutch Innovation Park in Zoetermeer, the number one spot in the Randstad for applied innovations in the field of cybersecurity, big data, smart mobility and e-healthcare. ICT businesses and more than 800 ICT students share knowledge in the Dutch Innovation Park, and the resulting synergy is generating innovations and new business.
The campus is undergoing extensive development and will expand further to become a high-quality, sustainable and well-established campus.

PingProperties has concluded a long-term lease with Overload Worldwide for Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer. Overload Worldwide has signed the lease, which took effect on 1 November 2022, for 443 m² of office space on the ground floor of the building at Werner von Siemensstraat 7.
On 23 December PingProperties delivered a new building of around 21,000 m² for Lamboo Medical (approx. 15,500 m²) and Siemens (approx. 5,500 m²) at Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer. Delivery was formally signed, in the presence of all the parties involved.
PingProperties has concluded a new, long-term agreement with TKH Security B.V., part of the listed technology company TKH Group N.V., at the Dutch Tech Campus (DTC) in Zoetermeer. It concerns a 10-year lease for a total of 5,484 m2 LFA at Werner Von Siemensstraat 7, of which 3,909 m2 is office space and 1,575 m2 commercial space, plus 150 parking spaces. This transaction means that the last vacant office building is now fully let.
