PingProperties is extending the lease with Reconext, demonstrating its commitment to further improving the sustainability of Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer.

Energy infrastructure specialist Joulz is moving its head office to Dutch Tech Campus (DTC) in Zoetermeer. The arrival of Joulz is an important addition to DTC’s ecosystem in the area of infrastructure and communication technology.

Following a nine-month renovation, PingProperties has delivered a fully sustainable and future-proof office building of approximately 4,000 m2 to TKH Security at the Dutch Tech Campus (DTC) in Zoetermeer.

PingProperties has concluded a long-term lease with Overload Worldwide for Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer. Overload Worldwide has signed the lease, which took effect on 1 November 2022, for 443 m² of office space on the ground floor of the building at Werner von Siemensstraat 7.

On 23 December PingProperties delivered a new building of around 21,000 m² for Lamboo Medical (approx. 15,500 m²) and Siemens (approx. 5,500 m²) at Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer. Delivery was formally signed, in the presence of all the parties involved.

PingProperties has concluded a new, long-term agreement with TKH Security B.V., part of the listed technology company TKH Group N.V., at the Dutch Tech Campus (DTC) in Zoetermeer. It concerns a 10-year lease for a total of 5,484 m2 LFA at Werner Von Siemensstraat 7, of which 3,909 m2 is office space and 1,575 m2 commercial space, plus 150 parking spaces. This transaction means that the last vacant office building is now fully let.

At a festive networking event, PingProperties handed over the climate-adaptive courtyard garden at the Dutch Tech Campus. This courtyard garden in the Dutch Innovation Park has been redeveloped as a meeting place where people can wind down and get together.

PingProperties welcomes two new tenants related to smart mobility, ICT and e-health & care to its Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer. Addverb Technologies and FieldworK recently signed long-term leases for the campus. By attracting these tenants, the multi-tenant building at Werner von Siemenstraat 13 is again fully let.
