PingProperties welcomes two new tenants related to smart mobility, ICT and e-health & care to its Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer. Addverb Technologies and FieldworK recently signed long-term leases for the campus. By attracting these tenants, the multi-tenant building at Werner von Siemenstraat 13 is again fully let.
From 1 May, Addverb Technologies will occupy 242 m2 of office space and 315 m2 of business space, from where it will serve the European market. Addverb Technologies B.V. is a robotics company that develops robots and systems for fully automated logistics distribution centres, including e-commerce, and is therefore a perfect fit for the Dutch Tech Campus concept of mobility and IT.
FieldworK will be moving to the campus on 1 June, leasing 550 m2 of office space and 12 parking spaces. FieldworK is a secondment company that brings together technical specialists and clients involved in industrial and infrastructure projects.
