PingProperties goes to the Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer for Topcon Europe Positioning B.V. realizing a brand new stand alone business space. After completion of the building, which is being developed on Werner von Siemensstraat, Topcon will lease 4,480 m² of floor space, including offices and 50 parking spaces. Topcon had already indicated at the end of last year that it wanted to commit to DTC for a long-term period. PingProperties and Topcon recently agreed on a new location, enabling the development of the stand alone business space for Topcon. The excellent location and the synergetic advantages of the campus played an important role in the choice for DTC. Topcon is expected to move into campus in the summer of 2021.

Development

With this, PingProperties is taking a second important step in the further development of the Dutch Tech Campus. Siemens Mobility has also recently indicated that it will be committed to the campus for a long time. The arrival of Topcon and the lease extension with Siemens Mobility tie in well with PingProperties’ ambition to further develop the campus into a mature sustainable campus for companies focused on smart technology, ICT and logistics.
