A new business space is being developed on one of the vacant lots of the Dutch Tech Campus. The new building is a high-end commercial space including offices of a total of 19,452 sqm l.f.a. (with extra flat floors), 155 parking spaces and private access to the site on a brownfield plot of approximately 38,500 m². The more than 12 meter high building is located right next to Langsingerland station.

Upon delivery, the building will receive a BREAAM – Very Good label and it fully complies with Borg class 4 safety class (very high). The sustainable building is very suitable for solar panels, making the building even more sustainable.
