A new business space has been developed on one of the still vacant plots of Dutch Tech Campus. The new building is a high-end business space including offices of a total of 19,452 m² v.v.o. (with extra flat floors), 155 parking spaces and its own access to the site on a brownfield plot of approximately 38,500 m². The building, which is over 12 metres high, is located right next to Langsingerland station.

Upon completion, the building received a BREAAM – Very Good label and fully complies with Borg class 4 safety class (very high). The sustainable building is very suitable for solar panels, making the building even more sustainable.
