Renovating and creating a sustainable office building for TKH Security

TKH Security develops and produces high-quality technological solutions. Its positioning is a perfect match for the other smart technology businesses at DTC. TKH Security’s decision means that the last vacant office building at DTC is fully let.

The building will be given a smart, high-quality entrance and fitted out entirely in accordance with TKH’s wishes. Sustainability and flexibility play an important role in the renovation. A more spacious layout and more flexspaces meet the tenant’s needs perfectly, providing a superb, future-proof office with 200 workspaces. The new main entrance will give the building an attractive, more contemporary appearance. The building will be renovated according to climate category B and will achieve Energy Label A+ certification.
