PingProperties PingProperties has signed a new lease agreement with Siemens Mobility B.V., with which Siemens has committed itself to the Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer for a long time. A ten-year lease has been signed for the building at Werner Von Siemensstraat 5, located directly next to the current location of Siemens Mobility. It concerns an agreement for approx. 4,200 m² l.f.a. and 80 parking spaces. Part of the agreement is to make the building more sustainable, including a new main entrance. In September 2021, after the renovation, Siemens Mobility will move into its new office. With the choice of Siemens Mobility for DTC, the company is expressing its confidence in both the campus and the surrounding area, where plenty of investments will be made in the coming years.
“With the new office, Siemens Mobility ensures that the customers are even more central. At the same time, we want to increase our attractiveness as an employer with the new work environment. The fresh, modern and sustainable office will stimulate collaboration and creativity ” said Olivier Gueydan, CEO Siemens Mobility BV.
The extension also fits in well with PingProperties’ vision to connect tenants to the Dutch Tech Campus for the long term and to jointly build a mature campus site.
